Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator (Consultative Sales)

Job Type: Full-Time.
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 base salary + uncapped monthly commissions ($120,000 - $140,000 realistic target OTE)

What You’ll Do:
- Own the Consultation Pipeline: Drive the end-to-end sales process from the initial consultation through to signed financial contracts and clinical commitment.
- Maximize Case Acceptance: Present complex, multi-option treatment plans clearly, turning clinical recommendations into high-ticket sales conversions.
- Manage the Revenue Pipeline: Proactively manage a pipeline of pending cases, utilizing structured CRM tracking and thorough multi-channel follow-up.
- Structure Sophisticated Financing: Navigate high-ticket financial barriers by structuring custom payment plans and leveraging primary and secondary third-party patient financing.
- Drive Practice Growth: Partner in practice lead-generation efforts by optimizing internal patient referrals, tracking marketing conversion metrics, and engaging our community.
- Partner with Clinicians: Collaborate daily with our doctors to ensure seamless alignment between clinical presentation and financial closure.
Skills & Experience We Look For:
- Proven Sales Results: 2–5+ years of quota-carrying, consultative sales experience with a documented track record of hitting volume and revenue targets.
- High-Ticket Closers: Background in high-ticket elective healthcare, medical device sales, luxury retail, or premium service environments with a minimum $5,000+ transaction value is highly preferred.
- Financial Fluency: Proven experience with loan origination, consumer financing platforms, and managing credit terms or interest rate presentation.
- Data & CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing Salesforce or modern CRM software to track conversions, manage pipelines, and forecast performance.
- Resilient & Metrics-Driven: A self-directed professional who takes complete ownership of their individual metrics, conversion rates, and monthly targets.
- High Emotional Intelligence: The ability to command a room, build rapid trust, and comfortably guide patients through emotionally charged, high-anxiety financial decisions.
